- Manage sales of milk and milk products in the Lucknow region and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 sales persons and monitor their performance. Track sales trends and recommend corrective actions for achieving business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Super Stockists, Distributors, HORECA and Institutional Customers.
- Drive HORECA & Institutional Sales by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts. Develop and manage business with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafe, Caterers, Institutions, Hospitals, Hostels, Schools, Corporate Houses and other bulk consumers.
- Identify new business opportunities through market visits, competitor analysis and market research. Identify and develop new HORECA/institutional accounts to increase bulk sales.
- Manage Super Stockists and Distributor networks, including sales planning, stock availability,
market coverage and performance monitoring.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for milk products. Develop and implement area-wise sales plans to increase sales volume and market penetration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Dairy/FMCG sales experience preferred.
- Good experience in managing Super Stockists and Distributors.
- Strong experience in team handling of 8-10 members.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in HORECA & Institutional Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Robust target-oriented approach with good knowledge of the Lucknow market & nearby territory.
- Preference will be given candidate having Dairy/FMCH experience.
