We are expanding our MEP team and looking for experienced professionals with robust technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Residential and Township Projects.

Open Positions

- MEP Manager 10+ Years Experience
- MEP Engineer 5+ Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

MEP Manager

- Lead and manage the complete MEP execution for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and other MEP services.
- Manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings and material submittals.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and timely completion.
- Resolve technical and coordination issues and ensure smooth MEP execution.

MEP Engineer
- Execute and monitor MEP works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other disciplines.
- Inspect installation quality and ensure proper workmanship.
- Monitor testing,



commissioning and snag rectification.
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate day-to-day site activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in high-rise residential and/ Townships.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution.
- Good understanding of drawings, specifications and coordination.
- Experience in handling contractors/subcontractors.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from the construction/real estate industry are preferred.
