Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Design interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Collect, validate, clean, and analyze data from multiple business systems.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized reports.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Improve reporting processes through automation and workflow optimization.
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, data definitions, and reporting procedures.
- Support forecasting, budgeting,



compliance reporting, and operational analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and reporting automation.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake.
- Experience with Power Automate or workflow automation tools.
- Understanding of statistical analysis, business intelligence concepts, and data modeling.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
