Role Description The Repair and Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of printing and labeling machinery and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine inspections, carrying out repairs, and completing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.



The technician will calibrate and adjust machines for optimal performance, maintain maintenance logs, and coordinate with production and quality teams to support continuous, safe operations.

The role also involves following safety protocols, recommending improvements in maintenance processes, and assisting in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in equipment maintenance and industrial maintenance to ensure reliable operation of printing and labeling machinery.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and maintenance & repair to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifecycle.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience working with industrial production equipment, preferably in printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in an industrial setting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
