Core Responsibilities:
- Track renewal opportunities, customer interactions, and next steps for reporting.
- Support health checks, account reviews, and risk flagging for the CSM.
- Assist with contract/order-form prep and renewal data hygiene in Salesforce.
- Provide administrative and reporting support across the renewals book of business.
Key Requirements & Experience:
- 2–5 years in renewals, customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Basic Salesforce proficiency — accounts, opportunities, reports.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with data tracking and reporting in Excel.
- AI-fluent — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up day-to-day work, and eager to keep pace with new tools as they emerge.
