As a Senior Analyst II Veeva Network Developer, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on the Veeva Network platform. The role involves working on medium to high complexity implementations, driving development efforts across data models, integrations, and data quality frameworks, while leading a small team of developers. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions aligned with commercial and medical use cases.
Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in MDM, data management, or analytics projects • Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Network development and configuration • Experience in leading modules or small teams in implementation projects
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities & Key Traits:
- Strong expertise in Veeva Network data model (HCP/HCO, affiliations, hierarchies)
- Hands-on experience in match/merge, survivorship, and data stewardship workflows
- Strong development experience in integrations (APIs, ETL tools, data pipelines)
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Understanding of pharma datasets and Veeva CRM ecosystem
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead delivery and mentor team members
- Valuable to Have:
- Experience with Veeva CRM and downstream analytics systems
- Knowledge of Account Territory Loader and alignment concepts
- Veeva Network certification
