MegaEvolution is an AI-native global influencer agency and platform that connects brands and influencers across borders — a marketplace spanning YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Our team is young, international, and rapid-moving, with members across Korea, Japan, the U.S., and Southeast Asia.

As a Video Editor, you'll help bring MegaEvolution's brand, campaigns, and creator content to life — turning raw footage and briefs into polished, platform-ready video for our own/clients' channels, marketing materials, and client-facing work.

Position Summary

As a Video Editor, you'll support MegaEvolution's video content needs across the company — editing short-form social content, campaign assets, and internal/marketing materials. This is a full-time role: we're looking for a steady, dedicated editor who can own the video pipeline and be a consistent, go-to resource for the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form vertical video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) for MegaEvolution's own channels and for creators/brand campaigns
- Edit longer-form content where needed
- Trim, color-correct, and assemble raw footage; add captions/subtitles, music, and basic motion graphics
- Turn briefs from the marketing and creator teams into finished video assets on schedule
- Maintain a consistent visual and brand style across output, adapting tone/style for different markets and audiences
- Manage a video queue across multiple concurrent requests and turn around edits within agreed timelines
- Organize and archive raw and finished footage/assets in a shared, searchable system
- Flag opportunities to improve the video pipeline





Work Style & Conditions

Type: Independent Contractor position (full-time)

Location: Fully remote, India-based

Work: Estimated 40 hours/week, flexible scheduling within daytime hours for reasonable overlap with the team. Workload will track content/campaign volume — expect it to run lighter in quiet weeks and busier around campaign launches, so we've scoped hours as a working range rather than a fixed daily block.

Compensation: $500–$850 USD/month, to be finalized within this range following the interview

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Proven video editing experience with a portfolio/reel to share
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut)
- Experience with AI-assisted video generation/editing tools (e.g. Seedance, Runway, Higgsfield, Claude)
- Strong understanding of short-form/vertical video conventions for social platforms
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to work independently, follow briefs closely, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Optional Qualifications (Not Required)

- Motion graphics / After Effects experience
- Prior experience editing for influencer, creator, or marketing agency content
