Full Description

We're seeking experienced cardiac physiologists and echocardiographers to annotate heart sound recordings synced with ECG strips, and to review AI-generated model outputs against expert judgment. This work trains and validates AI algorithms for heart and lung sound analysis used in real clinical AI products. You will mark cardiac cycle timing, murmur characteristics, and rhythm using a provided rubric, with a short paid calibration set before full project access.

Your annotations directly shape how these biosignal models learn to detect and characterize cardiac findings.

What You'll Do

- Listen to 15-second heart sound recordings with a synced ECG strip in the web workspace.
- Mark S1, S2, systole, and diastole, and annotate murmurs by timing, shape, grade, pitch, and quality.
- Label signal quality, murmur presence,



innocent versus structural classification, and rhythm.
- Review AI model outputs and mark where they are correct or incorrect.
- Occasionally act as adjudicator when other annotators disagree.
- Complete a short paid calibration set before starting full project work.
- Apply the project-specific rubric and instructions consistently across recordings.
