Key Responsibilities:

- Management of ticket-based work
- Serve as the primary contact to resolve issues and engage resources related to production and hosting.
- Monitoring dashboards with the unblinking focus of a highly caffeinated owl
- Participate in technical troubleshooting, working with Engineering and Incident Management teams to drive resolution.
- Facilitate incident bridge lines during application outages.




- Hosting bridge calls where everyone asks "any updates?" every four minutes like it's a hostage negotiation, while staying calm and skilled.
- Monitor dashboards, respond to alerts, and manage a ticket queue.
- Have experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and knowledge of wired and wireless networks, VLANs, VPNs, and network security practices.
- Possess basic knowledge of Linux, infrastructure, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Manage communications via email and respond to phone calls from US-based customers, internal teams, data processing vendors, and other third-party vendors.
- Have outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Document and maintain processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
