Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct reliability testing and analysis to identify potential issues with electronic components and semiconductors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for improving product reliability.
- Perform environmental testing, including temperature and humidity testing, to simulate real-world conditions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of test results, defect reports, and root cause analyses.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and IPX (Ingress Protection Rating).
- Proficiency in performing vibration analysis using tools such as Vibration Testing Machines.
- 1. Experienced in new product reliability and hardware functional testing, with 3-7 years in reliability (vibration, flex bending, environmental, drop, mechanical, IPX) and HW functional testing (camera, sensor stations).
2. Skilled in OEM test processes including test planning, execution, data analysis, report generation, and station readiness (budget, logistics,



setup, issue debug). G&R;, SW validation are plus.
3. Proven team leadership as DRI for reliability and station projects; experienced in team management, training, and cross-functional coordination.

4. Adapt at prioritizing tasks, resolving conflicts, and meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficient in Office tools.

- Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers and finalize the test plan;
2. Evaluate risks based on build schedule and REL test plan;
3. Cooperate with x-functional team to acquire what we need(machines, fixtures, etc) for testing line bring-up;
4. Follow-up with the test plan bring-up and report to customers the readiness status;
5. Training on testing skills and ensure the SOP has been followed strictly;
6. Follow-up and push-up with the test to meet the schedule;
7. Cooperate with customers and x-functional teams on FA support.
