Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct reliability testing and analysis to identify potential issues with electronic components and semiconductors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for improving product reliability.
- Perform environmental testing, including temperature and humidity testing, to simulate real-world conditions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of test results, defect reports, and root cause analyses.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and IPX (Ingress Protection Rating).
- Proficiency in performing vibration analysis using tools such as Vibration Testing Machines.
- - Experienced in new product reliability and hardware functional testing, with 3-7 years in reliability (vibration, flex bending, environmental, drop, mechanical, IPX) and HW functional testing (camera, sensor stations).
- Skilled in OEM test processes including test planning, execution, data analysis, report generation, and station readiness (budget,



logistics, setup, issue debug). G&R;, SW validation are plus.
- Proven team leadership as DRI for reliability and station projects; experienced in team management, training, and cross-functional coordination.
- Adapt at prioritizing tasks, resolving conflicts, and meeting deadlines. Solid communication skills in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficient in Office tools.

- Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and finalize the test plan;
- Evaluate risks based on build schedule and REL test plan;
- Cooperate with x-functional team to acquire what we need(machines, fixtures, etc) for testing line bring-up;
- Follow-up with the test plan bring-up and report to customers the readiness status;
- Training on testing skills and ensure the SOP has been followed strictly;
- Follow-up and push-up with the test to meet the schedule;
- Cooperate with customers and x-functional teams on FA support.
