Versatile IT solutions is looking for RTE, who will work in an international and Scrum setup. The team is part of a SAFe-inspired train that is developing a cloud-based application used by Hearing Care Professionals to help serve their patients' needs. What you will do: Facilitates Agile Release Train (ART) events, streamlines processes, and aligns stakeholder communication. Drives risk management, escalates critical execution impediments, and fosters continuous process improvement. Partners directly with Product Management, Solution Management, and Product Owners to seamlessly bridge corporate strategy with team execution. What are we looking for:

- A Master's/bachelor’s degree in software development, project management, or a related field is typically required.
- 5–10 years of experience in Agile software development, with several years in a leadership role like a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
- Deep knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Facilitate PI Planning: Plan and facilitate the Program Increment (PI) Planning event for the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Event Orchestration: Lead ART-level ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
- Act as a servant leader and coach for the entire ART. The RTE focuses on planning, facilitating events, and helping the ART achieve its goals.
- Strategy Alignment: Work with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners to ensure strategy and execution remain aligned.




- Summarize the team objectives from each ART into PI Objectives for management of communication and visibility.
- Help the ART maintain a shared Program Backlog and ensure work is properly planned, estimated, and scheduled at the ART level.
- Respect & remind our Quality Management System while adapting and improving team/project/ART self-organization. Foster and facilitate continuous improvement within the ART via suitable KPIs/health indicators with transparent status reports.
- Share agile knowledge in internal and/or external trainings and conferences
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and escalate impediments that teams cannot resolve themselves.
- Performance Tracking: Use flow metrics and information radiators to track and report on the progress of features and capabilities.
- Excellent communication and motivation skills across cultures and sites (Denmark, Germany, India, Singapore). Basic SQL and PowerBI skills
- Certifications in the following areas are a plus: (SAFe) Scrum Master, (SAFe) Release Train Engineer, (SAFe) Program Consultant And beyond your qualified qualifications, we are looking for the following:
