We are seeking an experienced Citrix L3 Engineer to manage support and continuously optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments This role demands deep technical expertise solid analytical and troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance performance security scalability and reliability of enterprise virtualization platforms

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced L3 technical support for Citrix environments ensuring high availability optimal performance and robust security of virtual applications and desktops

Perform endtoend technical studies across the project lifecycle including o Opportunity and feasibility analysis o Requirements definition and scoping o Cost and workload estimation o Implementation planning and deployment support

Lead and manage minor and major projects including initiatives involving o Recent interface deployments o Security enhancements o Workstation consistency and standardization o Virtualization infrastructure upgrades

Demonstrate strong Citrix problemsolving and performance optimization skills

Design manage and maintain Citrix Machine Creation Services MCS





Handle Machine Catalog updates using MCS

Troubleshoot and resolve FSLogix profilerelated issues

Perform vulnerability management activities related to Citrix and Windows platforms

Manage Citrix server and VDI patching including o Windows security patching o Platform updates and corrective maintenance

Oversee daytoday operations of Citrix infrastructure and associated services including upgrades and maintenance activities

Lead Proof of Concept POC initiatives for new and emerging technologies eg Windows Server 2022 application virtualization solutions

Provide expertlevel support and guidance to operations teams headquarters subsidiaries and other IT stakeholders

Ensure solutions are sustainable scalable and aligned with industry best practices and market standards

Conduct opportunity and feasibility studies to support strategic IT decisionmaking

Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement in virtualization services

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven handson experience in L3 Citrix administration and support within enterprise environments

Strong analytical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex highimpact issues

Extensive experience supporting largescale virtualization infrastructures

Ability to lead technical initiatives manage projects and mentor junior team members

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across IT and business teams A passion for innovation automation and continuous improvement in virtualization and enduser computing technologies
