Overview of Responsibilities

- Group Formation: Build and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) or community-based centers. [1, 2]

- Loan Sourcing & Appraisal: Collect KYC, verify client residences (CPV), and assess creditworthiness. [1, 2]

- Morning Collections: Conduct scheduled center meetings to collect weekly or monthly loan installments. [1, 2]

- Cash Deposit & Reporting: Deposit recovered cash at the branch daily and update management systems. [1, 2]

- Delinquency Control: Follow up on overdue accounts and manage portfolio risk. [1, 2]

Daily Work Schedule & Tasks

- Morning Field Slots:

- Attend local morning center meetings.

- Collect cash or digital EMI payments from group members.

- Log transaction entries via mobile app or collection ledger. [1, 2, 3, 4]

- Afternoon Office/Field Operations:

- Deposit collected funds securely at the local branch (typically before 2:00 PM).

- Conduct customer verification, background checks, or group training sessions.

- Submit daily collection and delinquency reports to the Branch Manager. [1, 2]

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
