Generate and acquire business for Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits, direct customers, DSAs, connectors, brokers, and other channels. Understand customer financial requirements, explain LAP products and eligibility, collect KYC/property/income documents, and coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth processing, sanction, and disbursement. Maintain solid customer and channel relationships and achieve monthly business targets.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 34 years in LAP / Mortgage / Home Loan / Secured Loan Sales
- Qualification: 12th / Any Degree
- Kannada mandatory + Basic English
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Local market knowledge preferred

Salary: 30,000–35,000 + PF +Insurance + 2,500 TA + Incentives

Age: 22–35 Years
