About the Role

We are looking for a confident, result-driven, and relationship-oriented Relationship Manager to lead our B2B sales and client engagement initiatives. This role requires a bold professional who can independently manage business relationships, drive revenue, and act as a bridge between sales, HR, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to represent the organization in front of enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales by promoting and selling company products/services to corporate and enterprise clients.
- Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships through regular engagement and strategic follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, and close deals.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal HR and delivery teams for smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.




- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions independently.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and closures.

Desired Profile
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Relationship Management / Business Development.
- Strong exposure to corporate or enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High confidence, bold personality, and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Good understanding of sales + HR coordination (preferred).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (if required).
