Relationship Manager (RM), Rural Banking Group (Retail Agri)
The role involves sourcing current asset relationships, managing and strengthening existing customer portfolios, and consistently achieving business and revenue targets. The candidate should possess a minimum of two years of banking experience with strong working knowledge of products such as Kisan Credit Card (KCC), Agri-Allied Business Loans, Cash Credit (Working Capital), Pledge/Commodity/WHR, and Term Loans.
Eligible qualifications include BSc Agriculture, MSc Agriculture, BSc, or MBA (Finance) with relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates from the local area or nearby locations.
