Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

Present premium residential projects and explain key features, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Schedule and manage site visits.

Maintain regular follow-ups to drive conversions.

Update customer interactions in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales targets

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven,



and eager to grow.

Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also be considered.
