Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Vadodara.

The Relationship

Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include understanding customer financial needs, recommending suitable life insurance and protection solutions, and supporting customers throughout policy issuance and servicing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and bank partners,



conducting regular follow-ups, and participating in sales and outreach activities to drive business growth.

The Relationship

Manager will also monitor portfolio performance, handle customer queries and concerns, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills.
- Candidates should possess sales, cross-selling, and upselling skills in financial or insurance products.
- Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse customer groups and partners.
- Candidates should possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing customer needs and explaining suitable solutions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with life insurance or financial services, including regulatory and compliance awareness.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage targets, and collaborate with bank staff and internal teams.
- Prior experience in banking, insurance, or financial advisory roles will be an added advantage.
