Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base.

- Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds while maintaining high credit standards.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in home loans or loan sales (LAP).

- Strong understanding of LAP products such as Loan Against Property (LAP) financing options.

- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build robust rapport with clients at all levels.
