Role & responsibilities

- Acquire new customers and build strong customer relationships.

- Promote ICICI Bank's digital banking products and services.

- Handle customer requirements and provide appropriate banking solutions.

- Cross-sell relevant banking and financial products.

- Maintain customer relationships and support customer retention.

- Ensure compliance with banking processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Fresh graduates from BA, B.Com, B.Sc., BCA or BBA (Regular mode).

- Candidates with robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Candidates interested in banking, sales, customer acquisition and relationship management.

- Candidates who are comfortable with customer interaction, field activities and cross-selling.

- Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation.

- Age below 25 years.

- No academic gaps, except gaps arising due to COVID-19 or natural disasters.

- Candidates should be willing to undergo 15 days of residential training.

- Training is completely free of cost for selected candidates.
