Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, PG operators, and tenants, ensuring a seamless rental and property management experience.

The Relationship

Manager will coordinate property onboarding, verify listings, and support clients through the rental lifecycle, including issue resolution and service follow-ups. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding customer requirements, providing guidance on platform features,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve services and operational efficiency. The role also includes gathering feedback, identifying opportunities for new partnerships, and contributing to the growth of Hoomzz in the Tricity rental market.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to conduct property visits, explain services clearly, and manage expectations of property owners and tenants.
- Basic understanding of real estate or rental markets, preferably within the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula).
- Proficiency in using digital tools, mobile applications, and CRM or property management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages; strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Comfort working in a field-oriented, on-site environment, including regular travel within Mohali and nearby areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in sales, relationship management, or customer success is an advantage.
