Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to policy servicing.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling life insurance policies through various channels (bancassurance, agency channel, etc.).
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in bancassurance sales or similar role.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; B.Tech (Computers) preferred.
