Key Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective customers and understand their holiday and lifestyle needs.
- Present and promote Club Mahindra membership plans to potential customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations through appointments and events.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate business through referrals, self-sourcing, and existing customer networks.
- Guide new members through their Club Mahindra holiday experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Telecom, Real Estate, Timeshare, or other customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Willingness to meet customers and attend promotional events.
