About the Company/Business CCG business unit is part of Wholesale Banking Group. They provide tailored financial solutions to conglomerates and very large corporates.

What are the areas (in quantitative terms) the job has an impact on? RM is responsible for the relationship and be a SPOC for all client needs. RM also proposes product solutions to the client and cross sell Privy, Wealth and Salary Relations.

Key Deliverables - Monthly preparation of Deals in Pipeline by consolidating data from the Relationship team for Assets

- Monthly review of key business parameters : CASA, Trade finance, DCM, Structured Finance, Product penetration & cross selling




- Preparation of business presentations for senior management on a monthly / quarterly basis
- Preparation of Annual budget of division’s profit and loss and Balance sheet in coordination with product teams & central Business Intelligence Unit
- Monthly monitoring of budgets vs Actuals & Analysis of performance
- Any other segment wise reporting to internal & external stake holders

Relationships
- Working closely with Senior RM covering large groups & Relationship Manager team serving client requirements
- Credit presentations / Preparation of Inprinciple notes for taking up with credit teams
- Presentations for Credit Committee of the bank & credit ratings
- Follow up with clients for post sanction formalities & also cross selling of banking products

Qualification and Experience
- CA/ MBA in finance/Marketing
- 3-6 Years of relevant banking experience
