We are hiring experienced professionals for the Life Insurance – Agency Channel. The role involves developing an agency network, recruiting and managing Insurance Advisors/Agents, and achieving business targets through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Build and develop a strong agency network.
- Generate business through agents and achieve sales targets.
- Train, motivate, and support agents on products and sales processes.
- Develop new business opportunities through agent relationships and referrals.
- Monitor agent performance and improve productivity.
- Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and performance reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and quality of business.
- Achieve assigned premium, case count, and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduation preferred/mandatory as per company norms.
- 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / Banking / BFSI / Sales.
- Candidates with Agency Channel, Direct Sales, or Banca experience may be considered.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Good sales and business-development abilities.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer handling.
- Comfortable with field sales and agent recruitment.
