We are looking for a Relationship Executive who will be responsible for handling interested customer leads provided by Runamarga, understanding their requirements, collecting and verifying the required documents, and coordinating the loan login process with the appropriate bank/NBFC. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn the policies, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements of multiple banks and NBFCs and use this knowledge to identify suitable lending options for customers. Customer experience is a key priority for this role.
The Relationship Executive should ensure that customers receive clear communication, timely updates and professional support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Contact and engage with interested leads provided by Runamarga. Understand the customer's loan requirement, profile, income, employment/business details and financial needs.
Explain the relevant loan process, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements clearly to customers. Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing. Learn and maintain knowledge of loan policies, eligibility criteria,
products and documentation requirements across multiple banks and NBFCs.
Identify suitable lending options based on customer profile and available policies. Coordinate with the internal Login/Processing Team to submit complete and accurate applications. Ensure applications are logged with the appropriate bank/NBFC within the expected timeline.
Follow up with customers for pending documents or additional information. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams regarding application status, queries and requirements. Keep customers informed about significant updates throughout the loan process.
Maintain accurate customer and application information in the CRM. Ensure timely follow-ups and minimize delays caused by incomplete documentation or communication gaps. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Focus on delivering a smooth, transparent and positive customer experience. Follow Runamarga's internal processes, compliance requirements and customer communication standards.
