Job Summary
Relationship Manager - Credvest Circle
Experience: 1-2 years

Department: Credvest Circle / Group Pre-Sales Community
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Credvest Circle members.
- Regularly connect with existing customers, prospects, referrers and network partners.
- Understand members current and future requirements.
- Maintain consistent and meaningful follow-ups.
- Act as a single relationship point for members across Credvest Group. Lead Qualification Opportunity Identification
- Speak with existing and potential members to understand their requirements.
- Identify opportunities across Real Estate, Investments, Interiors and Hospitality.
- Qualify opportunities and connect them with the relevant Credvest business.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the respective team.
Lead Revival
- Reconnect with lost, dormant and older leads.
- Understand why the original requirement did not convert.
- Explore current or future requirements.
- Identify whether the member may have a requirement across another Credvest business.
Community Member Engagement
- Onboard new members into Credvest Circle.
- Explain the Circle proposition and member benefits.
- Share relevant opportunities, events and experiences.
- Communicate with members through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Build a strong and engaged member network.
- Encourage relevant referrals from existing members.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate member and lead information in the CRM.
- Record conversations, requirements, preferences and follow-up dates.
- Ensure all opportunities are properly documented before handover.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with teams across Real Estate, Investments, Interiors and Hospitality.
- Connect members with the relevant business teams.
- Follow up on opportunities after handover to ensure continuity.
- Continue to maintain the relationship even after the transaction is handed over.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers and professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good listening and questioning ability.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify relevant opportunities.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Skilled, confident and presentable.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in relationship management, pre-sales, business development, customer success, community management, hospitality, real estate or a similar customer-facing role.
Freshers can apply if they have completed relevant internships in sales, business development, customer success, community management, hospitality, real estate or related fields.
