Generate new business through field sales and customer acquisition. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings. Recruit, manage and support insurance advisors. Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Provide customer service and ensure long-term client relationships.
Maintain regular sales reports and activity updates.
Candidate Requirements
