We are looking for candidates for Relationship Executive (RO) / Deputy Sales Manager (DSM) roles in the Housing Loan and LAP segment.

The candidate will be responsible for individual sales and business development for Housing Loans and Loan Against Property products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and acquire new customers for Housing Loans and LAP.

Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to login and disbursement.

Develop business through direct sales, references, connectors, DSAs and other channels.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.





Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, credit processing and disbursement.

Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure timely closure of cases.

Candidate Profile

0.4 to 5 years of sales experience in BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services.

Candidates with experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans or Secured Lending will be preferred.

Must have relevant experience in HL/LAP products.

This is an individual contributor sales role.

Positive communication, customer handling and sales skills.

Any Graduate / Any Degree can apply.
