About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Relationship Executive – Customer Activation to engage with registered users and help them complete their customer journey on the platform.

The primary responsibility will be to connect with users, understand their requirements or concerns, and proactively drive key activation activities such as KYC completion, first deposit, trading initiation, and continued platform engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact registered and inactive users through calls, WhatsApp, chat, or other approved communication channels.
- Follow up with users who have registered but have not completed their KYC verification.
- Guide customers through the KYC process and resolve basic queries related to account activation.
- Engage with KYC-completed users and encourage them to make their first deposit.
- Educate users about the platform and guide them through the basic steps required to start trading.
- Follow up with users who have deposited funds but have not started trading.
- Identify reasons for user inactivity and provide appropriate assistance or escalate issues to the relevant team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with assigned users to improve activation and engagement.
- Explain relevant platform features such as Spot Trading, SIP, Staking, Futures, and other available products as per approved communication guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and activation status in CRM/HRMS or other designated systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activation targets.
- Coordinate with KYC, Customer Support, Sales, and other relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
- Collect customer feedback and share recurring user concerns with the concerned team.




- Ensure all customer communication follows company policies, compliance requirements, and approved communication guidelines.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, customer activation, inside sales, retention, or fintech/crypto.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales/relationship-building skills may also be considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls and follow-ups.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of mobile apps, digital payments, KYC, and online financial platforms.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, trading, or fintech products will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with CRM and customer management tools.
