- Assist patients with active and passive range-of-motion exercises, muscle strengthening, and mobility training as outlined in their individualized care plans.

- Support patients during gait training (walking, balance, and coordination practice) utilizing assistive devices like walkers, canes, or crutches.

- Monitor patient performance and physical tolerance during sessions.

- Maintain daily activity logs and report physical or behavioral observations accurately to the supervising therapists.

- Set up, calibrate, clean, and maintain therapeutic equipment (e.g., exercise bands, parallel bars, weights, and electrotherapy devices).

- Ensure the clinic, gym, or treatment area is tidy, secure, and hazard-free.

- Provide emotional encouragement and a motivating environment to help patients push through challenging recovery milestones.

- Reinforce instructions regarding home exercise programs to patients and their families.

- Coordinate smoothly with nurses, doctors, and social workers to maintain comprehensive patient records and holistic care delivery.
