We are looking for an experienced Regulatory / Compliance Manager to ensure that the hospital operates in compliance with applicable healthcare laws, regulations, statutory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage and maintain hospital licenses, registrations, permits, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct regular internal compliance audits and identify gaps or areas of non-compliance.
- Investigate compliance-related incidents and prepare reports for management.
- Support management during regulatory inspections, audits, and accreditation assessments.
- Liaise with doctors, embryologists, nursing staff, radiologists, laboratory personnel, and administrative teams to ensure compliance.
