Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, administering treatments, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and advocacy.Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor intravenous (IV) lines, and perform wound care as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, medical histories, and changes in patient conditions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans,



discharge instructions, and disease management strategies.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, therapists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment, strictly adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: GNM or BSC .
- Experience: FRESHERS OR EXPERIANCE of clinical nursing experience preferred .
- Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
