- Valid Karnataka State Nursing Council Registration – mandatory
- Relevant experience in Geriatric / Senior Care
- Experience in ICU / Emergency / Critical Care
- BLS / ACLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency-handling skills
- Experience in medication administration, patient monitoring and clinical documentation
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, residents and their families
- Team-handling / supervisory experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to stay in office and respond to night-time emergencies when required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and clinical support to senior residents
- Conduct regular health assessments and maintain accurate medical records
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions
- Support doctors during medical procedures and emergencies
- Maintain clinic records, medicine inventory and medical equipment
- Ensure emergency preparedness and participate in mock drills
- Follow infection-control, hygiene and patient-safety protocols
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, laboratories and emergency services
- Guide and support junior nursing staff and assist with team coordination
- Handle resident/family health-related concerns professionally
Job Details Duty: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 9 hours
