We are currently hiring for the position of Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager for our Dairy Business, covering both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.

Position Details:

Role: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Function: Dairy Sales

Channel: General Trade (GT) & Modern Trade (MT)

Territory: Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, and Marathwada

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and lead regional sales operations, revenue, distribution, and profitability targets across GT and MT channels.

Build, manage, and expand distributor, dealer, wholesaler, and retail networks.

Oversee relationships with Modern Trade chains, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and key accounts.

Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock levels, collections, and cold-chain/product-freshness compliance.

Lead, mentor, and set targets for the regional sales team.

Prepare sales forecasts, business plans,



and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or degree in Dairy/Food Technology preferred).

Experience: 1018 years of relevant experience in Dairy, FMCG, or Food/Consumer Products at the RSM/ZSM level, with robust territory and team management expertise.

Skills: Leadership, channel management, key account management, business development, and willingness to travel extensively.
