Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 5-7 Years Key Responsibilities:

- Territory Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans for North, West, and South India to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities across various sectors within the assigned zones.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market mapping, track competitor activities, and analyze regional industry trends to position Harikrushna Machines effectively.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation and commercial negotiations to coordinating with the Vatva plant for timely machine delivery and installation.




- Travel & Representation: Travel extensively across the assigned regions for client meetings, site visits, and regional industry exhibitions.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience strictly within the Packaging Industry or Packaging Machinery Manufacturing. Candidates without core packaging industry experience will not be considered.
- Geographical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industrial landscape, market dynamics, and cultural nuances across North, West, and South India.
- Location: Robust preference for local candidates currently based in Ahmedabad or key regional hubs within the assigned zones.
