Job profile:
Should have experience in Software sales / Solution sales and prior experience of working with Banking or Retail industry
- Experienced in working with both Delivery and Sales, with valuable domain knowledge of Software products & solutions
- Making sales business plans to open up opportunities
- Strategy and planning
- Collections
- Account and client relationship management
- Team management business development, account management, post sales account/relationship management
- Contract/agreement closures
- Negotiation skills for deal closures
- Bid Management: Mange the Deal response for a typical Outsourcing Deal and experience in Preparing and responding to RFI, RFPs, Bids,
Deal qualification, Creating win strategy, Workshops, Proposal writing, P&L; Analysis, Due Diligence, Client Visits and Key stakeholder mapping.
- Ability to conceptualize Solutions to Business Problems.
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
- Experience in preparing server sizing and effort estimation, costing will be plus.
- Account Planning and Ecosystem Analysis.
