Role Description This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager role based in Jaipur, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities.

The Regional Sales

Manager will lead and develop the regional sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Daily activities include planning territory coverage, visiting key healthcare professionals, distributors, and institutions, and ensuring strong brand visibility across the region. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying current business opportunities, and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Manager will also oversee compliance with company policies, maintain accurate sales reporting, and provide regular forecasts and insights to senior leadership.

- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, visits, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in regional or territory management, with proven achievement of sales targets.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, proficiency in basic office software, and readiness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
