What You’ll Do
- Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new clients in the healthcare and diagnostic sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Generate current business opportunities through networking, industry events and market development.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, forecasts and overall performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Represent the company at healthcare/industry events.
- Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Sales Management.
- Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Teleradiology / Tele-Radiology will be an added advantage.
- Healthcare equipment / medical technology sales experience is relevant.
- Strong network and connections with hospitals, diagnostic centres and healthcare stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong planning and time-management skills.
