- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; an MBA could be an advantage.
- 5 to 10 years of experience, with 3- 5 years in a people-leading role.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 3 members to ensure the successful execution of business strategies and achievement of regional targets.
- To handle sales activities of all Products of the company,
which include oil, coolant, and water chillers for process cooling.
- To lead and mentor a team size of 3 sales personnel based in Karnataka
- Develop and implement regional business plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth strategies.
- To ensure high customer satisfaction with timely response on delivery of products and services
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer feedback promptly.
- Foster a culture of high performance and accountability through effective leadership, coaching, and development of team members.
