About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Regional Manager – Retail Operations to lead the North & East India EBO business. The role will own the operational execution and business performance of 120+ EBOs, while leading a team of 15+ Area Managers / Area Executives and an overall team of 250+ people.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can build strong teams, drive execution at scale, understand diverse consumer and shopping behaviours, and consistently raise the bar on retail experience and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day retail operations across 120+ EBOs, ensuring strong execution, SOP adherence and consistent customer experience.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 15+ Area Managers / Area Executives, with overall responsibility for 250+ retail employees.
- Drive business planning, sales execution and regional performance, translating organisational priorities into clear store-level actions.
- Ensure flawless execution of NSO launches, store readiness and post-launch stabilisation.
- Drive key HO-led strategic initiatives across the region with speed, rigour and accountability.
- Own recruitment, capability building, training and succession planning for the retail team.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Inventory Planning, Marketing, Projects, VM and HR to ensure seamless retail execution.




- Build strong external relationships with landlords, store-owner partners, mall teams and R&M; / Project / VM vendors.
- Identify operational gaps, simplify processes and continuously improve productivity and store economics.
- Bring strong market understanding — including regional consumer behaviour, local shopping patterns and competitive dynamics — into business decisions.
- Maintain a strong customer-first lens, ensuring every store delivers a differentiated and consistent brand experience.
