Role & responsibilities

- Business & Sales Management

Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives. Driving sales revenue, order booking, profitability, and market share growth.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships.

Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and target achievement.

- Project Management

Review project scope, commercial terms, timelines, resources, and profitability. Ensure timely and profitable execution of projects.

Monitor project progress and resolve execution challenges.

- Accounts & Collections

Own regional receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Work closely with customers and finance teams to improve cash flow.

Monitor overdue accounts and drive collection targets.

- Manpower Planning

Prepare annual manpower plans based on business targets and project workload. Optimize resource utilization across sales, projects, and service teams.

Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and workforce development.

- Financial & Budget Control

Prepare and manage the regional operating budget. Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control measures.





Ensure achievement of financial and business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Address customer concerns and support business expansion initiatives.

- Team Leadership

Lead and mentor regional sales, projects, service, and support teams. Set performance goals and drive accountability.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

- Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as the link between regional operations and Head Office functions. Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, HR, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
- MIS & Reporting

Review and report on monthly business performance. Track sales targets, order booking, project status, profitability, collections, and forecasts.

Present business updates and action plans to management.

- Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations. Monitor operational, financial, and project-related risks.

Promote adherence to safety and governance standards.
