About Join In CampusJoin In Campus is an established B2B overseas education company working with recruitment partners and educational institutions across multiple international destinations.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to manage and expand our recruitment partner network, drive student recruitment, strengthen institutional relationships, and lead regional business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B overseas education, partner management, sales leadership, and student recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with B2B recruitment partners, education consultants, and institutional stakeholders.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new recruitment partners within the assigned region.
- Drive student applications, fee payments, and overall business growth through the partner network.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with recruitment partners.
- Guide partners on university programs, admission processes, visa requirements, and available opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing, fee payments, and visa coordination.
- Monitor partner performance, application conversions, fee payments, and overall productivity.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand Join In Campus's presence across target markets.
- Ensure recruitment partners actively use the Firmli CRM portal for application tracking and updates.
- Plan and execute B2B partner meetings, education fairs, webinars, and regional marketing activities.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to strengthen partnerships and improve student recruitment outcomes.




- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to management regarding regional growth and challenges.
- Support the development of partner incentive programs, marketing initiatives, and business expansion strategies.

Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in overseas education, B2B sales, business development, student recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience managing recruitment partners, education consultants, or B2B networks.
- Strong knowledge of international education markets, universities, and student recruitment processes.
- Experience handling destinations such as France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Malta, the UK, or other international destinations will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in team management, partner activation, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to develop regional business strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, education fairs, and business development activities.
