Job Responsibilities

Overall responsibility of sales and marketing at regional level.

Leading and supporting the direct sales and service team in the region

Handling major customer accounts and generating current business.

Responsible for sales and payment collections at regional level.

Managing and planning daily sales activities.

Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels at all times.

Monitoring sales targets and achievement on regular basis.

Accurate and timely reporting of sales, outstanding and stock data on monthly basis.

Provide direction to all sales activities for better market effectiveness.

Review individual performance levels.

Analyze & review product market situation in different product segments and ensure proper product positioning to achieve targets with a specific focus on corporate sales.

Candidate Profile BE/ BCA/ MBA or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in sales & marketing,



technical sales, or business development role in IT hardware products or packaging industry or AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capturing) industry. Primary responsibility will be to sell and market enterprise-wide barcode, RFID & labelling solutions to major corporate accounts.

Prior experience in developing business in Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare end-user markets is desirable. Consultative sales/ Solution selling experience preferred. A techno-commercial person with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and analytical skills required.
