- Role Description

Responsible for managing the overall performance of multiple Adi's Pizza stores within an assigned region, driving sales and profitability while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, food safety, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead multiple pizza stores across the assigned region.

Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and same-store growth.

Monitor store KPIs including

Sales & transactions

Average order value

Food cost and wastage

Labour cost and productivity

Customer satisfaction

Delivery time and service levels

Store profitability

Ensure consistent compliance with Adis Pizza operating standards, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene requirements.

Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.

Coach and develop Store Managers,



Assistant Managers, and team members.

Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective action plans.

Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, retention, and succession planning.

Ensure effective inventory management and control of food costs.

Work closely with marketing teams to execute regional promotions and sales initiatives.

Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.

Ensure stores comply with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.

Analyze business reports and use data to improve store performance.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Training, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Support new store openings, renovations, and operational projects.

Typical Qualifications

Graduate degree preferred.

8–12+ years of experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations.

Experience managing multiple locations/stores.

Solid leadership, people-management, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong understanding of P&L;, sales growth, food cost, labour productivity, and operational KPIs.
