Position: Regional Manager - Sales

Location : Guntur West

KRAs for the Position

- Meet the Sales work plan agreed

- Credit Management / Receivables management

- Quick View utilization and monitoring using Systems

- Rolling Forecast should be accurate without much deviation and done within the specified time periods and report generation

- Demonstrating Leadership Effective utilization of Resources, Expenses Control

Key Responsibilities

- Develop sales strategy to achieve defined targets

- Focused approach on handling Key Accounts

- Market development Develop existing & explore new territories

- Customer Focus Prompt & effective service. Resolution of customer issues / complaints

- Build strong distribution network develop the existing one for maximum profitability

- Empanel new distributors while adhering to the corporate policy

- Tap primary distribution in unplugged areas in the territory

- Partnering with Marketing Team





- Participation in development, Implementation and feedback of marketing and sales promotion plans

- Pilot testing of current products and provide feedback

- Coordinate with Product Management Team for promotional activities

- Identify sales points for promotion & ensure adequate merchandising is present

- Effective accounting, JDA & MIS and reporting systems for self & team as per the specified norms

Team Management

- Build a result oriented and well-motivated team

- Identify development needs by providing timely feedback to them

- Focus on employee retention

Education Qualification

- Any Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Agriculture)

- Experience: 10 + Years of relevant Sales Experience in Agrochemical industry.
