? We’re Hiring | Regional Lead – Customer Success (South)

? Bangalore | Full-time | CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success lead with min 8 Yrs -10 Yrs Experience to own and drive customer retention, engagement, renewals, adoption and account growth across the South region.

What we’re looking for:

- 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Customer Success / Account Management leadership
- Strong experience managing enterprise/strategic accounts and senior stakeholders
- Proven expertise in retention, renewals, customer engagement and account growth
- Robust commercial, analytical and people leadership skills
- Experience in EAP, Employee Wellbeing, Healthcare, HR Services, SaaS or B2B Services will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, executive presence and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel across South India
