About the role

You will own installation and after-sales service delivery for BrightBlu chargers in your region, across residential and commercial deployments. You will work with OEM partners, their appointed installation partners and our service vendors to deliver fast, safe, first-time-right installations and SLA-compliant service, manage regional spare-part stock, and be the on-ground escalation point for customers and partners.

What you will do

- Track the survey-to-installation-to-commissioning pipeline daily and drive closure within TAT
- Ensure installations follow site feasibility, design, OEM guidelines and SOPs; audit a sample of completed installs
- Confirm every installed charger is commissioned and online before closure
- Get field partners on site within SLA for service tickets; own on-site escalations
- Manage installation partners and service vendors: onboarding, rate cards, monthly scorecards, training




- Maintain regional spare-part stock; reconcile monthly; manage faulty-part returns
- Be the regional point of contact for OEM representatives, dealerships and internal teams
- Validate vendor commercials; report KPIs monthly; run root-cause analysis on recurring delays

What we are looking for
- 3+ years in EV charging infrastructure; residential / home charging deployments strongly preferred
- Experience with an automotive OEM, OEM-authorised installation partner or CPO
- Strong knowledge of AC chargers (3.3 22 kW), load assessment, DBs, earthing
- Familiarity with DISCOM load enhancement and EV metering procedures
- Proven management of contractors, electricians and vendors across a region
- Comfortable with TAT / FTR / SLA metrics, CRM tools, MIS and Excel
- Strong B2C customer handling and conflict resolution
- Willing to travel extensively across the region; English, Hindi and regional language

Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Mechanical or related Location: Pune, Maharashtra (with regional travel) | Full time
