Regional Head / Non-Playing Captain – AP & Telangana

Role

Lead and scale the wealth management business across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana , with Hyderabad as the regional hub.

The role is a “Non-Playing Captain” mandate focused on building the franchise, developing leaders, creating strategic relationships and driving business growth through the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Own regional AUM, revenue, profitability and growth strategy .
- Build and strengthen the wealth franchise across AP & Telangana.
- Lead, mentor and develop senior Relationship Managers and regional teams.
- Attract high-quality wealth management talent and build leadership depth.
- Leverage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, entrepreneurs, business families and family offices .
- Enable teams on client acquisition, relationship deepening and business development.
- Build strong regional partnerships and market presence.
- Drive performance, governance,



culture and execution across the region.

Ideal Profile

- 15+ years in wealth management/private banking or related financial services.
- Proven experience managing a region or sizable wealth business .
- Strong AP & Telangana market network and understanding of the HNI/UHNI ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to build businesses through teams , rather than being primarily a personal book-builder.
- Solid leadership, people-development and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- High commercial orientation with a track record of sustainable growth.
